Service Description

Ready for production - How to get started 1. Book your time for your preferred production start date - Expect this date to move forward or backward and plan accordingly. We will set a time to meet with you to review layering, quantities, and timelines for your approval (see meeting information below). This meeting may change your preferred quantities and/or materials utilizations. 2. Sew Studio will create an invoice based on the above approved information which will include your unit price. 3. Pay deposit - You will not officially be on our schedule unless the deposit is paid. We will set an appointment to meet, review your order, project your timeline and finalize costing. All decisions must be made prior to this meeting - all colorways, all fabrics, all trims, labels, packaging, and QC standards in order to determine your pricing. If these are not finalized, do not book this order at this time. **Do not book this appointment in less than 2 weeks prior to start of your production order. Any appointment with less than 2 weeks will be subject to additional rush order fee and your order must be paid in full BEFORE your order will begin. ** Payment Terms - 50% deposit upon acceptance of your production order, 50% upon COMPLETION (at time of notification - NOT at the time you decide to pick up or shipping is prepared). Any payments not made upon notification will be subject to additional fees. See Terms & Conditions for details.
