Materials Drop Off - No Meeting w/ Staff

Service Description

This service is to schedule drop off of materials ONLY. In our ongoing effort to help maintain client confidentiality and scheduling, please plan your materials delivery in advance of your drop off and include any related documents necessary. If you need a meeting, please schedule a call or an meeting via Zoom/FaceTime/In Person for a FEE. If you need to discuss your drop off, please send an email or schedule a call. It is our goal to keep our rates as low as possible, but scheduling and maintaining your business records requires time. If we complete your order forms or materials list, we will charge an additional fee. Please help us assist you reaching your goals and keep our fees as low as possible. We are happy to review your items when they come in and will do so at the earliest possible moment appropriate to our schedule. Please respect our efforts to maintain client privacy/confidentiality and understand that you may or may not be allowed to enter the facility at the time of drop off. Please fill out the attached materials list. This document is mandatory for all drop offs. You can print this document out and bring it with your delivery or you can email BEFORE drop off it and we will add it to your account. Helpful Tips - If you are bringing in fabric/trims/notions, please include a document that has a picture of the fabric/trim/notion - with the description you are assigning to it (Description - Moxie = fabric = red/blue/green vertical stripe fabric). You will need this for your tech packs regardless, so this will help you be organized during this process and will help us understand which components go with your styles. Please include your related order form for the materials you are dropping off. Please use links below for quick access.
